Make it a Cycling Trip!
Active travel is a big part of what we cover here at Healthy Aging®. Along with physical, social, mental, and financial wellness, we believe getting away and seeing the world is an integral part of a healthy lifestyle.
For four years, we partnered with The New York Times travel show showcasing active travel to hundreds of visitors to the show … pre-COVID. Once the world stopped, we kept our travel features primarily to domestic travel within the United States.
We proudly announce we are moving forward with adventures beyond our borders. Tenerife, Canary Islands will be the go-to place to kick off our new active travel series.
There are many active adventures to experience there, from deep-sea fishing, climbing, golf, kayaking, sailing, scuba diving, stand-up paddle, surfing, swimming, tennis, and cycling.
